1. The DNS server had to do a query to the cisco.com domain name servers to resolve name (www.cisco.com) to an IP address what do you think would happen the next time this website is visited again a few minutes? Jawab:

The local DNS server will provide the client with the IP address immediately, because it is already in cache and the server does not have to look it up.

2. What would happen if there are no requests for this website for a longer period of time? Tidak akan terjadi apa-apa record-nya tidak akan bertambah.

Jawab: If long enough, the local DNS server will have to do another lookup, because the entry probably will have been aged out of the cache.
